Cheney Brothers Food Distribution Warehouse

SED assisted Cheney Brothers, a Florida based food Distribution Company, with the initial site selection process in 2011.

Southwest Engineering & Design coordinated with the project owners, architects and builder for the site design and permitting including truck circulation, drainage, utilities, parking, landscaping and lighting. The designed facility includes a 333,051 square foot food distribution warehouse, with 36 dock high truck bays, fuel depot, 268 employee parking spaces and a security station at the entrance. The project construction was completed in December of 2015 and is fully operational.
